Use Bangalore mango or kili mookan mango after removing skin. Instead of kandari molagu use red chillies. Do not grind in the curry leaves. Just place them on top like a dressing and add a few drops of fresh coconut oil. Mix with rice and pappadam fried in coconut oil.
