Instructions
  1. Dissolve the sugar in a little hot water.
  2. Crush the ice cubes in a blender.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the mint and blend further.
  4. Pour into glasses.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf.

we made a change though for every one cup of pulp…3/4 of milk and 3/4 of yogurt.

its great but if u are using canned coconut milk add only about 1/2 a cup as it is thicker. loved it though
