Mango Pudding - Easy Dessert

Easy to make-Mango Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Mango puree/frozen or tinned mango blended
  • 200 gm Fresh mango blended
  • 100 ml Fresh cream
  • 10 leaves Gelatin 20 gm gelatin if you use the powdered type
  • 150 gm Sugar
  • 300 ml Water
  • Ice Mango flavour) - 250 g
  • Strawberry/mulberry for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • First dip the gelatin leaves in little cold water for 5 mins.
  • Squeeze the water out, and keep the leaves aside.
  • Mix water and sugar in pan.
  • Boil over slow fire until sugar dissolves.
  • Add the soaked gelatin leaves one by one.
  • Leave the mixture to cool.
  • Add mango puree, fresh mango paste, fresh cream and ice-cream.
  • Stir mixture until all ice-cream is melted.
  • Pour into small cups and leave in fridge to set for atleast an hour.
  • Serve decorated with fresh berries.
