Ingredients

Mango
large ripe ones
1
cup
Grated fresh
coconut
1/2
tsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam
Fenugreek seeds
A pinch, Uluva
Salt
As reqd
Turmeric powder
A pinch
1/4
tsp
Red
chilli powder
2
tbsp
Curd or yogurt
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds
2
nos
Dry
red chillies
Kollamulaku
Oil
Instructions
Cut medium ripe
mango
into medium pieces.
In a saucepan, put the cut
mango
pieces along with little
water
and
turmeric
and boil for 2 minutes.
Grind
coconut
with
cumin seeds
, fenugreek and red
chilli powder
.
Add it to the
mango
mixture.
Give it one minute boil.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Add the beaten curd or yogurt and mix well.
Heat
oil
in a wok.
Splutter mustard and saute whole
red chillies
,
curry leaves
and pinch of methi.
Pour it over the
mango
mixture.
