Ingredients: 1 no Mango (medium); 2 - Green chillies; 1 cup Grated coconut; 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder; Salt (As reqd); 1/2 tsp Coriander powder; 1 tsp Mustard seeds; 2 - Small onions (Kunjulli); 1 small Garlic pod; 1 cup Thick coconut milk; Curry leaves (A few)

Ingredients

1 no Mango medium
2 - Green chillies
1 cup Grated coconut
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt As reqd
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2 - Small onions Kunjulli
1 small Garlic pod
1 cup Thick coconut milk
Curry leaves A few

Instructions

Cut mango into small cubes.
Cut green chillies into fine pieces.
Grind coconut into a smooth paste with mustard seeds, coriander powder, small onions, garlic and little water.
Mix mango cubes with this paste along with green chillies, salt and turmeric powder.
Keep it for 1/2 hr.
Put this mix to a pan and boil until the mangoes are done.
Add coconut milk.
:- Don`t allow to boil too much after adding coconut milk.
Season with mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies.
