Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion and sautT.
  3. Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, tomato and curry leaves and stir for a minute.
  4. Add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon and grated coconut and stir for a minute.
  5. Add pepper powder and salt, mix well and then add turmeric powder and mix.
  6. Add chicken and potato. Mix well.
  7. Add coconut milk and some water(if needed, just to cover chicken and potato) and cook it on very low flame for half an hour or till done.
  8. :- Serve hot with plain rice.
