Instructions
  1. Heat a pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and cloves.
  2. Fry them till it turn golden colour. Grind them coarsely and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, hing and some curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
  4. Now add chopped onion stir until it became golden colour.
  5. Add turmeric powder, slitted green chillies, ginger paste and grinded masala and red chilli powder Stir for 2 minutes.
