Instructions
  1. Add one glass of water to curd and blend in a mixer to make buttermilk.
  2. In a hot pan, heat some oil and fry cumin seeds, green chilly, ginger and curry leaves.
  3. Switch off the gas stove and add curd, salt to taste, sugar, and coriander leaves. Either cool it in the fridge or serve it immediately with crushed ice.
