Add shredded chicken and black pepper powder, Cook for 3 more minutes.
In a bowl mix together the following ingredients: 4 cups flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. castorsugar, 2 tbsp. milk powder, 1 tbsp. yeast, 4 tbsp. oil and 1 egg,
Knead to a medium soft dough with slightly warm water, leave to rise for 1 hour.
Make small circles (about 10 nos) and place the filling inside it.
Roll out into small bun shapes.
Egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds on them and then bake in an oven for 15-20 mins (180 C).
