Masala Pori (Puffed Rice)

It is a delicious and spicy dish served as an evening time snack along with tea. It is very simple to prepare within ten minutes.

Instructions
  1. Take the Pori (Puffed Rice) in a bowl/vessel and add the roasted/boiled Peanuts, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt.
  2. Also add Chopped Onion, Coriander leaves, Tomato, Mango and grated Carrot
  3. Stir all ingredients together
  4. Finally, add Lemon juice (to taste) also in this mix and stir it well and serve it immediately (Lemon juice should add in the Masala Pori only just before serving it otherwise it would taste bitter)
  5. Masala Pori is ready to serve
