Instructions
  1. Clean the chicken and marinate it with chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt as required.heat oil in a pan and deep fry it.
  2. Mince the chicken pieces
  3. Heat oil in a vessel and saute onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilly and curry leaves till it become soft and brown
  4. Add minced chicken,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,garam masala and pepper powder.saute it again for 2-3 minutes
  5. In a bowl add rice flour and salt.add water into it and knead well to a smooth dough
  6. Make lemon size balls out of the dough and pat them into small disc.add 1 tbsp chicken masala into it
  7. Make a small ball and roll each prepared balls in the grated coconut
  8. Steam cook it for 20-25 minutes
  9. Masala rice balls are ready to serve
