Instructions
  1. For preparing Masala Upma, heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Fry semolina or rava and keep it aside.
  3. Again heat some more oil in a pan.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and when they crackle, add curry leaves, onions, green chillies, ginger and stir fry for sometime.
  5. Add capsicum followed by tomato pieces and fry well.
  6. Remove pan from fire, add water and allow water to boil.
  7. Add salt and slowly stir in semolina to the boiling water. Mix very well in low flame.
  8. Rava Upma, a delicious breakfast dish is ready. Serve with Egg Burgi.

What about the tomato & Capsicum? Unless you added them in the egg burji

Adding some kismis & cashew nut fried in ghee and some grated coconut in the end will make it more delicious
