Instructions
  1. For preparing mashed banana delight, first steam the bananas and mash well.
  2. Mix together grated coconut and sugar.
  3. Make lime sized balls with the mashed bananas. Make a hole in each ball and fill with coconut mixture. Cover up and seal the opening. Repeat likewise with remaining balls.
  4. Now, take a pan and pour sufficient oil for frying. Deep fry each ball till golden brown in color.
  5. Mashed banana delight, a favorite tea time snack is ready.
