  • Vegetable Atta Noodles(the green packet, very healthy & tasty too) - 1 packet
  • Onion(sliced) - 1 no
  • Garlic pods(crushed, an easy way to do this would be to crush it with the back of a knife) - 5 nos
  • Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
  • Eggs(nicely beaten) - 2 nos
  • Pepper(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Cook the maggi with water and half of the maggi tastemaker. Set aside.
  2. Heat half the oil in a pan.
  3. Make a scramble out of the beaten eggs. Add salt & pepper seasoning to this. Set aside.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan.
  5. Add chillies, garlic and the onions to be sauted until the onions turn into a light pink colour.
  6. Reduce the flame and add the remaining maggi tastemaker followed by the soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Saute for a minute.
  7. To this, add the cooked maggi and 2 tbsp of water.
  8. Allow one boil and then add the scrambled eggs.
  9. Eat it hot out of a bowl with coriander(optional).
  10. :- This bachelor gourmet is specially enjoyed as a late night snack....

Hey great recipe, iv been on a Maggi roll lately, trying out different recipes, i saw a bunch of really interesting ones on http://www.meandmeri.in, the maggi site, rather cool, you should also share yours there. im gna be trying this one out next time..thanks!
