Matar Mushroom

Matar mushroom curry is a thick gravy cooked with green peas and mushrooms . It is prepared in a north indian style in a easy way just right to serve with rotis. Matar mushroom is a spicy onion tomato based creamy gravydone with the richness of cashew and fresh cream. i made it with dried peas but you also make it with fresh green peas.

Instructions
  1. heat oil add jeer and ginger garlic paste
  2. add onions and cook till soft
  3. add tomatoes to it turn soft
  4. add salt cashew powder, garam masala,turmeric powder,redchilli powder,and water
  5. add mushrooms
  6. add cooked peas
  7. simmer till oil oozes out and add fresh cream and kasturi methi and serve
