Matar mushroom curry is a thick gravy cooked with green peas and mushrooms . It is prepared in a north indian style in a easy way just right to serve with rotis. Matar mushroom is a spicy oniontomato based creamy gravydone with the richness of cashew and fresh cream. i made it with dried peas but you also make it with fresh green peas.
