Matar Paneer In Microwave
Grated panner added to cooked peas,
onion
paste and other ingredients

Green chilly
slit
Ginger
garlic
paste – ½ tsp
¼
tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder
¼
tsp
Cumin powder
¼
tsp
Garam Masala
Powder

Tomatoes
1

Cashewnut paste
1
tbsp
Coriander leaves
chopped
1
tsp
Butter
Salt
As reqd
Water
Instructions
Put the tomatoes in hot
water
and remove the skin and grind with
onion
. Keep aside.
Melt butter in a pan and add
ginger
garlic
paste, saute for a minute and add red chilly powder.
Now pour the ground paste and fry for few minutes.
Now add green chilly,
cumin powder
,
garam masala
powder, cashewnut paste and
salt
. Mix well.
Put the
green peas
and paneer cubes in a microwave safe dish and pour the prepared masala gravy.
Mix lightly and cook in 100% preheated microwave for 10 minutes.
Garnish with butter and chopped coriander leaves.
Matar paneer in microwave, a creamy and tasty side dish with parathas, naan etc is ready.
