Instructions
  1. Peel the skin off the pumpkin and cut into small pieces after deseeding.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Splutter mustards along with curry leaves and broken chillies.
  4. Add onions, green chillies and garlic and sautT for a few minutes.
  5. Add pumpkin along with turmeric powder.
  6. Add water and leave it to simmer.
  7. Add a 1/2 cup of coconut milk along with lime juice and stir till the gravy is thick.
  8. :- Serve hot.

Tried this recipe. Good. I think lemon juice should be added only in the end (after removing from fire). Otherwise the coconut milk will split.
