Coriander powder

Chilly powder

Turmeric powder

Fenugreek seeds
Uluva
Curry leaves
Few
Coconut oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing mathi paalpizhinjadu, mix fish,
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
, gambooge,
green chillies
, coriander, chilly powder,
turmeric
and
salt
.
Heat a clay pot, splutter
fenugreek seeds
. Add the fish mix and fry it.
Add little
water
and cook the fish.
Add
curry leaves
and
coconut
milk
.
When curry thickens, remove from flame.
Pour
coconut oil
on top and serve.
Mathi paalpizhinjadu is ready.
