Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Thymol Ajwain
  • Salt As reqd
  • Ghee for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Blend together maida, ghee, ajwain and salt along with enough warm water to make a smooth and pliable dough.
  • Make small thin rounds off the dough.
  • Prick them on both sides with a fork.
  • Allow to dry a bit for 20-30 minutes.
  • Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
  • Deep fry a few at a time to a pale golden colour.
  • Drain thoroughly and allow it to cool.
  • :- Store in air-tight containers.
