Instructions
  1. Blend together maida, ghee, ajwain and salt along with enough warm water to make a smooth and pliable dough.
  2. Make small thin rounds off the dough.
  3. Prick them on both sides with a fork.
  4. Allow to dry a bit for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
  6. Deep fry a few at a time to a pale golden colour.
  7. Drain thoroughly and allow it to cool.
  8. :- Store in air-tight containers.
