Mix egg, pepper powder, mustard powder, vinegar, sugar and salt. Beat in a liquidizer at a slow pace.
Slowly increase the speed of the liquidizer adding simultaneously 1 tbsp hot water.
Continue beating and add salad oil simultaneously, drop by drop.
Finally add lemon juice and continue beating until it has achieved a thick consistency.
Your tempting mayonnaise is now ready! Mayonnaise is apt for salad dressings, burgers etc.
Note:- Adding white pepper powder and mustard powder can make the mayonnaise brighter. For lasting purpose, store in an air tight jar or bottle in a refrigerator.
