  • Cut the beef into inch pieces and wash well.
  • Add black pepper, salt, turmeric and vinegar. Chop it well in a food processor. Don¦t grind it.
  • Boil the potatoes and peel it. Mash it with the beef.
  • Chop the garlic, ginger, chillies and the onions.
  • Put some oil in a sautT pan and sautT the onions, garlic, ginger and chillies. Add the mashed mixture of beef and potatoes and cook for 7 minutes.
  • Add enough salt and mix well. Keep this aside.
  • Beat the egg white with a fork and keep it aside too.
  • Take the bread crumbs in a plate.
  • Take the mixture (size of a golf ball) into the palm and make an oval shape.
  • Dip it in the egg white and cover with bread crumbs and put it in the boiling oil and fry till it becomes golden brown.
