For preparing meat loaf:
  • Minced meat/Keema(washed and squeezed) - 250 g
  • Bread slices(soaked & squeezed) - 2 nos
  • Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Curd - 1/4 cup
  • Egg(beaten) - 1 no
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Pepper(As reqd) -
For preparing sauce:
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1/2 tbsp
  • Mustard powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • *Worcestershire Sauce - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing meat loaf in microwave, first mix together ingredients given under meat loaf preparation: minced meat, crushed bread, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, curd, beaten egg, pepper and required salt.
  2. Grease a micro friendly dish and place the keema mixture in it. Smoothen surface with the back of a spoon.
  3. Cover and micro in high mode for 10 minutes.
  4. Take the meat loaf from the oven and pour the juice to another bowl.
  5. Over turn the meat loaf onto a plate. Keep this aside.
  6. To the juices, add all the ingredients mentioned under sauce preparation: maida flour, tomato sauce, mustard powder, chilly sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Mix well without any lumps.
  8. Now, pour the prepared sauce over the meat loaf so as to cover it completely.
  9. Micro in high mode, uncovered, at medium 50 mode for 10 minutes. Meat loaf in microwave is ready.
  10. For dipping, prepare a separate sauce by mixing equal quantities of chilly sauce, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  11. Before serving meat loaf, slice into halves and garnish with coriander leaves/parsley.
