Meat Tikki

Meat tikki is an Indian recipe that is embroiled with rich spices and it is a good aromatic dish. This meat tikkis are a superb recipe for all meat lovers. Here the meat is been cooked with spices like ginger,garlic and chillies and then we grind it to a hard paste along with mint and lemon juice. Then we dip it in a egg wash and shallow fry it. And thats how our mouth watering simple and easy meat tikkis get ready to be served.

Ingredients
  

  • fennel seeds 1tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • onions sliced 1 cup
  • 5 red chilli 4
  • minced meat 1 cup
  • mint leafs few
  • coriander leafs 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • lemon 1/2
  • egg 1 beaten

Instructions
 

  • in oil saute fennel seeds and ginger garlic paste
  • add onions and red chillis to it
  • now add minced meat and saute well, until it cooks 70 percent of it . need not add water.
  • now grind the meat along with mint,coriander and with lemon juice
  • make round patties like this.
  • dip the patties in beaten egg and shallow fry them both the sides
  • serve hot with green chutney
