Instructions
  1. Filling
  2. Grate the third ingradients in to a vessel.
  3. Mix all ingredients very well except capsicums.
  4. Cut the top part of capsicums, remove seeds and fill with the mixture.
  5. Sauce
  6. Heat oil in a pot big enough for all the filled capsicums.
  7. Chop onion and garlic and saute for few minutes.
  8. Add tomato puree and saute for further few minutes, then add chilly powder.
  9. Add chopped tomatos and cook till oil seperates.
  10. Add water and bring to boil.
  11. Place all the capsicums and cook in a medium flame fo 40 minutes
  12. :- Serve with toasted baguettes.
