Meen Curry In Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 8-10 sardines Sardines/Mackerels
- 1 no Onion sliced
- 3 nos Green chillies sliced
- 1/4 tsp Ginger sliced
- 1/4 tsp Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Tamarind juice
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- Salt As reqd
- Curry leaves Few
Instructions
- Cut, clean, wash and drain the fish pieces.
- Put the fish pieces in an earthen pot or wok or kadai,.
- Add coconut milk and curry leaves. Remove from flame before boiling starts. Add coconut oil. Fish curry is ready. Enjoy.
