Instructions
  1. Clean and wash the fish using salt and lemon juice and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Slice small onions after removing the skin.
  3. Handmix grated coconut, sliced onion, chopped ginger, crushed green chillies or kanthari mulaku and turmeric powder.
  4. Put the fish pieces in a pan or meen chatti, add salt, tamarind (kudampuli), coconut mixture and mix it well.
  5. Add little water and cover the pan with a lid and cook in medium flame until all the water gets evaporated.
  6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoon coconut oil over the dish just before removing it from fire.
  7. :-Serve hot with rice

its very recipe…..u dont use garlic ……..??to add garlic….then the perfect meen peer wll ready ……
