Cherry : 10 nos
Cinnamon sticks : 1 no
Cardamom
: 3 nos
Rice : 3 cups
Cashew nuts : 10 nos
Kismiss : 10 nos
Salt
: to taste
Oil
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan. Add cinnamon stick and cardomon. Fry
dates
and cherries. Keep aside.
Fry cashew and kismiss in
ghee
. Keep aside.
Heat
oil
in a pan. Add sliced
capsicum
and
carrot
.
When it gets boiled add fried items and rice.
Meta fried rice ready.
