Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon stick and cardomon. Fry dates and cherries. Keep aside.
  2. Fry cashew and kismiss in ghee. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add sliced capsicum and carrot.
  4. When it gets boiled add fried items and rice.
  5. Meta fried rice ready.
