Methi idli is one recipe that we should try for morning breakfast in summer days. These idlies contain amazing health benefits. THese methi idlies arre a super coolent to our body. They are also a good diet food .This batter is prepared specially for idlies without adding any urad dal to it. They become spongy ,soft and puffy by adding castor oil seeds to it. the batter of this gets ready only after fermenting it for 5 - 6 hours.

Instructions
  1. soak rice and dal along with castor oil seeds for 5 hours
  2. first grind the rice and then grind fenu greek and castor oil seeds and mix to together
  3. allow it to ferment for 5 hours
  4. pour it in idli tray adding salt and serve after steaming
