  • Jeera - 1 tbsp
  • Fresh methi - 1 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies(splitted) - 6-7 nos
  • Fresh Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Onions(chopped) - 1 no
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Curd - 1 small
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt(for taste) -
  • Corionder leaves and Lemon(for garnish) -

Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken with curds and turmeric for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add mustard seeds and jeera. 4)Add green chillies, onions and fry till the colour became golden brown.
  4. Add methi, ginger garli paste and fry till oil seperates.
  5. Add marinated chicken and salt and cook till it gets dry and turns golden brown.
  6. Garnish with Corionder leaves and Lemon.
