2 cups Cooked Rice5 tsp Oil1 spoon Mustard4-5 nos Methi seeds2 big Methi leaves (venthaya keerai)1 cup Green peas5 nos Red chilli2 tsp Coriander seeds1 tsp Bengal gramTurmeric powder (as reqd)Salt (to taste) Heat oil on the tava and fry the red chilli, coriander seeds, bengal gram and grind it to a powder and keep it aside.Cut the methi leaves into separate leaves.Cook the green peas.Heat some more oil, put the mustard seeds, methi seeds and fry it in low flame for few seconds.Add methi leaves, salt, turmeric and allow to cook.Add the grinded powder and fry for a minute.Mix the cooked peas and add the cooked rice.:- Serve it hot!!! :- Its better when we add more methi leaves and its surely not bitter.
