Methi Thepla is a favorite Gujarati snack bread. It is very flavorful and makes for a great travel or picnic food. Theplas are an inherent part of Gujarati meals, and are used for regular meals. This is an Indian flat-bread is prepared from wheat flour, fenugreek leaves and other spices Gives a Good taste !!!

  • turmeric power 1/2 tsp -
  • red chili powder 3/4 tsp -

  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp -
  • Curd : 2 tsp -
  • Oil : 3 tsp -

Instructions
  1. In a bowl add wheat flour, besan flour, methi leaves, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and cumin seed mix it
  2. add curd and water and make dough
  3. make a fine dough
  4. take a small ball from dough and roll
  5. heat the tawa and cook both the side by applying oil
  6. now methi thepla is ready
