  • Bread slices - 12 nos
  • Amul butter - 3 tbsp
  • Onion(small & chopped) - 1 no
  • Tomato(small & chopped) - 1 no
  • Potato(small, boiled & chopped) - 1 no
  • Green chillies(chopped finely) - 1 -
  • Boiled corn - 1 cup
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Pepper(As reqd) -
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
  • White sauce - 1 cup
For white sauce:
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Amul butter - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For making white sauce: !)Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
  2. Add maida and fry lightly.
  3. Add milk and stir till it becomes like a sauce.
  4. For preparing the sandwiches: 1)Mix together the chopped onions, tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies, boiled corn, half cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Lightly toast the bread slices and apply butter on one side only.
  6. Spread the white sauce and vegetable mixture on the buttered side.
  7. Put the remaining grated cheese on top.
  8. Sprinkle tomatoes and chilli sauce and bake at 350 degree F or 160 degree C for ten minutes or till cheese melts.
  9. :- Serve hot. :- Makes 12 pieces.
