Instructions
  1. For preparing mexican salad, cook tomatoes in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Peel, de-seed and blend the boiled tomatoes and chill them.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to it: cooked rajma, cheese, tobasco sauce, nacho chips, green chilly, coriander leaves, onion leaves and toss well.
  4. Serve immediately.
