400 g Chicken pieces boneless
75 g Cooking butter
25 g Brown onion paste
15 g Ginger paste
15 g Garlic paste
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
150 ml Tomato puree
1 tsp Sugar
25 ml Fresh cream
75 ml Water
Salt As reqd
Coriander leaves For garnishing

Instructions

For preparing microwave butter chicken, mix the chicken pieces with 1/3 rd portion of butter. Microwave in high for 5 minutes.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except fresh cream and coriander leaves: brown onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, chilly powder, tomato puree, sugar, water and required salt.
Stir in chicken pieces and mix well.
Cook in microwave for 7 minutes and stir.
After stirring, cook for another 6 minutes and stir again.
Add the fresh cream and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish microwave butter chicken with coriander leaves and serve hot.
