  • Chicken pieces(boneless) - 400 g
  • Cooking butter - 75 g
  • Brown onion paste - 25 g
  • Ginger Paste - 15 g
  • Garlic paste - 15 g
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 150 ml
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream - 25 ml
  • Water - 75 ml
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Coriander leaves(For garnishing) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing microwave butter chicken, mix the chicken pieces with 1/3 rd portion of butter. Microwave in high for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except fresh cream and coriander leaves: brown onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, chilly powder, tomato puree, sugar, water and required salt.
  3. Stir in chicken pieces and mix well.
  4. Cook in microwave for 7 minutes and stir.
  5. After stirring, cook for another 6 minutes and stir again.
  6. Add the fresh cream and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish microwave butter chicken with coriander leaves and serve hot.
