For preparing microwave chicken/murgh koftas, first grind together ingredients: tomatoes, ginger, red chilly powder and cumin seed powder to a smooth mixture.
Cook in micro high mode for 10 minutes. Add cream, required salt and a pinch of color(optional).
For preparing chicken kofta, mix together all the ingredients: chicken keema, crushed bread, chopped green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, beaten egg and required salt.
Mix gently and shape into balls.
6)Arrange these balls on a micro friendly tray keeping some distance between each ball.
Micro in high mode for 5 minutes.
Transfer these koftas to the above prepared tomato gravy.
Micro in high mode again for 4 minutes.
Allow chicken koftas to remain in microwave for a few more minutes.
Remove microwave chicken/murgh koftas from oven and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy with chappatis, naan etc.
