For preparing microwave creamy cauliflower/gobi masala, mix together all the ingredients except cauliflower and cream. Cook for a minute in microwave on high mode. Allow to cool and grind into a nice paste.
Mix the cauliflower florets with the ground paste and add the fresh cream in a microwave safe bowl. Add salt.
Cook covered in a 100% preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with nan, paratha etc.
