First flatten the mutton chops by banging on top. Marinate the mutton chops in ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder. Keep aside for a few minutes.
Sprinkle roasted flour over the lamb chops.
Rub the grated papaya over the lamb chops. Add the potato pieces.
Mix yogurt with all the other ingredients : aniseed, cloves, lemon juice, cardamom, black pepper, little oil and required salt.
Marinate the mutton chops in this marinate for an hour.
Now heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the mutton chops for 5 minutes.
Transfer the mutton chops to a microwave safe dish and sprinkle some water. Cover and micro for 6 minutes in high mode. Allow curry to stand in oven for 3 more minutes.
