  • Place 1/4 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 1/2 tsp sugar in a microwave safe bowl and micro in high mode for a minutes.
  • Add paneer and micro in high mode for 5 minutes, stirring in between.
  • Add tomato puree, required salt and mix well. Keep this aside.
  • Take the remaining ghee and ginger garlic paste in separate dish and cook uncovered in high mode for a minute. 5)Add remaining sugar, chilly powder, turmeric powder, hot water and green peas. Cook in high mode for 5 minutes and then at 70% power for 8 minutes uncovered.
  • Now mix together the previously prepared paneer mixture and coconut milk. Cook uncovered in 70% power for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and garam masala.
  • Tasty Indian vegetarian dish, microwave paneer korma with green peas is ready. Serve hot with roti/naan.
