Instructions
  1. Clean the bittergourd and take out the rough skin and edges from it.
  2. Make a slit along the length and take out the seeds and clean the insides.
  3. Cut the bittergourd as round thin circles (not very thin).
  4. Add all the ingredients specified other than the bittergourd to water to make a thick paste.
  5. Marinate the bittergourd with this paste and leave for an hour atleast or more.
  6. Take a microwavable plate (I usually use a pyrex pie pan) and spray/rub some oil on the pan.
  7. Layer the bittergourd pieces on the plate and microwave for 20 - 30 minutes or more depending on how crispy you want it.
  8. :- Remember to keep checking the pieces every 10 min or so to make sure all pieces are cooked evenly.
  9. :- Your pavakya fry is ready with very very less oil. !!!!
