Instructions
  1. Cut bottle gourd and keep aside
  2. In a pan add water and bottle gourd cook well
  3. In a jar add coconut, jeera, pepper, red chilly and grind paste.
  4. Now add grind paste in bottle gourd mix well.
  5. Now add tamarind water and bring to boil and salt too.
  6. Now temper with mustard, urad dal and pour in kootu.
  7. Now Milagu Kootu is ready.
