Milk Appam Very very soft Appams 1 lt Milk4 tbsp Sugar1 cup Allpurpose flour (Maida)4 nos Cardamom (Elakka)Oil for deep frying Heat milk in heavy bottomed pan for 30 - 45 Minutes on a low flame, until it reduces to 300 ml.Let the milk cool for 10 minutes. Add maida, sugar and powdered cardamom and make a batter with dropping cosistency (like appam) without lumps.Heat oil in a pan. You can addeggs also.Beat egg with maida till it froaths nicely(the more you beat the better).For flavour you can add vanila also
