Instructions Combine milk powder, egg, baking powder and oil(1 tbsp)and make small balls. Boil milk. Add sugar & cardamom powder. Simmer till three-fourth milk remains. Put the balls in the milk and cook for 8 - 10 mins. Pour in a dish and let it cool. Decorate with finely chopped pistachios.
