Its a delicious traditional south Indian dish that has been forgotten by the present generation. This dish is absolutely tasty and healthy and has the right balance of nutrients in it. This is very simple and easy to prepare. The millet can be substituted with other millet like little millet or fox tail millet .We have used bran yard millet. This was a staple breakfast of south India in ancient times.
