Millet Idly

Millet idly has been in my to try list for a long time. ragi and colam is good for health. it gives good healthy break fast for every one

Ingredients
  

  • ragi 2 cup
  • colam 2 cup
  • idly rice 4 cup
  • urad dal 1 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • soak the ragi, colam, idly rice and urad dal for 3 hours in water
  • grind it by adding water in grinder and allow to get fermented
  • once it get ferment, add salt, mix well and pour it in idly steamer and cook it for 15 minutes
  • once it get cooked remove from steamer. now millet idly is ready, serve with chutney sambar
