For preparing beef masala, cook sliced beef with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp chilly powder, 3/4 cup water and salt to taste. Mince the beef and keep it aside.
When the onion turns light brown in colour, add the turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and fry well.
Add the sliced leaves and mix well.
Add the minced beef to it and mix it well in low flame.
Remove from flame.

1)You can use this masala as a stuffing for chappathies, pathiri, samosa, sandwitch, pizza, stuffed buns or anything according to your taste and creativity.
