Minced Meat Ada
Rolled out dough filled with minced meat and deep fried.

Ingredients

For the filling:
250
g
Meat/Chicken
minced
3
nos
Onions
chopped
1
tsp
Ginger
paste
1
tsp
Garlic
paste
4
nos
Green chillies
Chopped
1/4
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
tsp
Coriander powder
1/2
tsp
Garam masala
Coriander leaves
A small bunch, chopped
Oil
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
For preparing dough:
250
g
All purpose flour
Maida
Water
As reqd
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Cook the minced meat with
turmeric powder
,
coriander powder
,
salt
and little
water
. Cook in low flame until the
water
evaporates completely. Keep this aside.
Take a pan and pour
oil
. Heat the
oil
and fry chopped onions and
green chillies
until golden in color.
Add
ginger
-
garlic
paste, cooked meat,
garam masala
and coriander leaves. Fry for sometime and keep aside until done.
Prepare a firm dough by mixing flour,
water
and
salt
.
Take a small portion of the dough and flatten or roll out into a round.
Place the previously prepared meat filling in the centre. Press tight the edges to form the shape of a semicircle.
Continue the process with remaining dough.
Take a frying pan and pour sufficient
coconut oil
for frying. Heat the
oil
and deep fry the minced meat ada until golden in color.
