Instructions
  1. Cook the minced meat with turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and little water. Cook in low flame until the water evaporates completely. Keep this aside.
  2. Take a pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and fry chopped onions and green chillies until golden in color.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, cooked meat, garam masala and coriander leaves. Fry for sometime and keep aside until done.
  4. Prepare a firm dough by mixing flour, water and salt.
  5. Take a small portion of the dough and flatten or roll out into a round.
  6. Place the previously prepared meat filling in the centre. Press tight the edges to form the shape of a semicircle.
  7. Continue the process with remaining dough.
  8. Take a frying pan and pour sufficient coconut oil for frying. Heat the oil and deep fry the minced meat ada until golden in color.
