Instructions
  1. Remove the brown sides of bread slices and break into pieces
  2. Add milk into the bread pieces to get a soft dough
  3. Make small balls out of it.heat oil in a pan and fry these balls in medium hot oil.the oil should not be too hot.
  4. Make sure that these balls are fried evenly by turning the sides on and on.
  5. Make sugar syrup with sugar,water and cardamom.add the fried balls to the prepared syrup and cook on law flamefor about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve it

Make the sugar syrup and keep it ready on low flame before preparing the gulab jamun dough.
