Mini Chocolate Chips Muffins

Maida flour mixed with sugar, butter, milk, other ingredients and baked in muffin cups. These mini muffins are finally rolled in sugar cinnamon mixture.

  • Baking powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing mini chocolate chips muffins, first beat together egg, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, milk and 2 tbsp butter.
  2. Sieve together maida and baking powder and stir into milk mixture. Add chocolate chips, nutmeg, vanilla essence, cardamom and mix well.
  3. Smear little butter in the muffin cups and fill the cup half with the mixture.
  4. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, mix together cinnamon with 1/4 cup sugar.
  6. Take remaining melted butter in a bowl.
  7. Take the muffins out from the cups and dip in the melted butter and roll in sugar cinnamon mixture.
  8. Mini chocolate chips muffins, a yummy snack with kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve cooled.
