Instructions
  1. Cut the potato and Soak in water for few mins
  2. Chop mint and grated lemon skin
  3. Mix all other ingredients with potato and keep aside
  4. Heat the oil and deep fry the potato and drain it
  5. Now its ready to serve. mint wedges
