Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm Wheat flour
  • 250 gm Gram flour Kadalapodi
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Black cumin Shah jeera
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Thymol Vaum/Ajwain
  • 3 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the wheat flour and gram flour.
  • Add oil, salt, red chilly powder, dhaniya, jeera, Shah jeera and ajwain.
  • Mix well and knead them to make a stiff dough.
  • Roll into small and thick rotis and roast.
  • Brush slightly with melted ghee.
  • :- Serve hot with Shahi Gatte.
