  • Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 250 gm
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander - 1 tsp
  • Cumin(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
  • Black cumin(Shah jeera) - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Thymol(Vaum/Ajwain) - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Mix together the wheat flour and gram flour.
  2. Add oil, salt, red chilly powder, dhaniya, jeera, Shah jeera and ajwain.
  3. Mix well and knead them to make a stiff dough.
  4. Roll into small and thick rotis and roast.
  5. Brush slightly with melted ghee.
  6. :- Serve hot with Shahi Gatte.
